Legal & Data
Huggui stores your business information so you can understand your finances. You can delete your account from Settings in the app or ask us for help by email.
When requesting data deletion, use the same email you use to log into Huggui so we can verify ownership.
Short FAQ
Is Huggui free?
Yes. Core records, voice entry with a weekly allowance, and weekly and monthly reports are available in free Huggui in the current release. Huggui+ is optional and adds AI receipt reading, cloud receipt backup, weekly AI analysis, and a higher weekly voice allowance. For eligible accounts, the free month begins when the first Huggui+ analysis is opened.
Do you see my data?
Access to your data is restricted. If you ask for help, authorized staff may access technical information and the data needed to resolve the issue.
What if I change phones or delete the app?
When you sign in with the same account, records that have already synchronized can be restored. Pending changes and receipt photos without cloud backup may not be recoverable.
