Huggui — Terms of Use

Who provides Huggui

Huggui is provided by Feynful LLC. The app helps small-business owners record income, expenses, and hours and understand the results of those records. By creating an account or using Huggui, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the app.

Your account

You need an email address to create and access your Huggui account. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity performed through your account. Tell us if you suspect unauthorized access.

If you lose access to your email, we may not be able to help you recover your account.

Your records and our license

The information and photos you upload remain yours. You authorize us to process them only as needed to provide the features you request, synchronize your records, protect the service, and meet legal obligations.

You can delete your account from Settings inside the app. If you need help, email [email protected] from the address associated with the account. Retention and deletion are explained in the Privacy Policy.

Permitted use

We grant you a personal, limited, revocable, and non-transferable license to use Huggui.

You may not:

Use Huggui for illegal or fraudulent activity or to violate another person’s rights
Try to access accounts, systems, or data without authorization
Interfere with the service’s security, availability, or operation
Copy, resell, decompile, or exploit Huggui unless applicable law expressly permits it

Free Huggui and Huggui+

Huggui includes the core record-keeping and reporting features described on the subscription page at no charge. Huggui+ is optional and adds AI-assisted features and cloud receipt backup.

If your account is eligible, the free month begins when you open your first Huggui+ analysis. Trial length, eligibility, price, and renewal date are shown before you confirm a subscription.

Apple App Store or Google Play handles billing, depending on where you make the purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it through the relevant store. Uninstalling Huggui does not cancel the subscription. After cancellation, access continues for the period provided by the store and does not renew when that period ends.

Refunds and other billing terms follow Apple or Google policies. If Plus access ends, you can keep using free Huggui and retain your core records unless you delete your account.

AI-assisted features

Voice entry, receipt reading, and weekly analysis may produce incomplete or incorrect results. Review prepared information before saving it and verify any analysis before making a decision.

Huggui does not automatically record transactions you have not entered and does not guarantee a business outcome, saving, or improvement.

Availability and updates

We may update features, fix bugs, or make improvements over time. Some updates may be required for the app to continue working correctly. We may also change or discontinue a feature, with notice when a change is significant.

We may update these Terms to reflect service or legal changes. We will publish the revised version and change the date at the end of this page. If a change is significant, we will provide prominent notice before it takes effect.

Intellectual property

Huggui’s software, design, brand, text, and images belong to Feynful LLC or their respective licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership rights in them.

Suspension or termination

You may stop using Huggui or delete your account at any time. We may limit or suspend access when needed to protect the service, investigate abusive or illegal use, or meet a legal obligation. When reasonably possible, we will notify you.

Limitations

Huggui provides informational tools for understanding business records. It does not replace financial, accounting, tax, or legal advice. You are responsible for checking your records and decisions based on them.

Huggui is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service or a particular result. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Applicable framework in Paraguay

These Terms are interpreted under the applicable laws of Paraguay without affecting mandatory consumer rights. Relevant laws include, as applicable, Law No. 7593/2025 on personal data protection and Law No. 4868/2013 on electronic commerce.
