Using Huggui
Huggui is a simple app that helps small business owners understand their expenses, income, hours worked, and real profit. By using Huggui, you agree to use the app responsibly and only for lawful personal or business purposes.
You must be at least 16 years old to use the app.
Your Account
You need an email address to create and access your Huggui account. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
If you lose access to your email, we may not be able to help you recover your account.
Your Data
The information you enter into Huggui belongs to you. We do not sell your data. We only use your information to operate the app and improve stability and performance.
You may stop using Huggui at any time. If you want your account and all stored data deleted, email us at [email protected] using the same address you use to log into the app. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.
Access and subscription
Commercial details for Huggui and Huggui+ (benefits, trial, and access differences) are published on the subscription page.
If you activate or purchase Huggui+, billing is handled by Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on where the purchase was made.
Renewal, cancellation, trial periods, and refunds follow store policies. Huggui cannot override billing terms defined by Apple or Google.

App updates & changes
We may update features, fix bugs, or make improvements over time. Some updates may be required for the app to continue working correctly.
We may also update these Terms from time to time. When significant changes are made, we will update the date at the end of this page. By continuing to use Huggui after changes are posted, you accept the updated Terms.
Limitations
Huggui provides clarity tools, but it does not give financial, tax, or accounting advice. You are responsible for verifying your business numbers and any decisions you make using the app’s insights.
We work hard to keep Huggui available and reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
