Your privacy matters

Huggui is built to give you clarity and calm around your business numbers. We collect only the information needed for the app to function, and we never sell your data to anyone.

You stay in control. Always.

What information we collect

Huggui collects only the minimum information needed to provide you with the features of the app:

Account email — so you can log in and recover your account.
Expenses and income you enter — to show your history and reports.
Hours worked — if you choose to track them.
Receipt photos — if you attach them to a transaction.

We do not collect your contacts, location, or other data unrelated to your business.

How we use your information

Your data is used only for:

Letting you log into your account
Showing and syncing your expenses, income, and hours
If analytics is enabled in the build, improving the app with basic usage events

We never sell your information or share it with advertisers.

How your data is stored

Your information is securely stored using modern cloud infrastructure. Access is restricted and protected by encryption at rest and in transit.

Only data related to your records is stored (including receipt photos if you attach them). You can delete your account inside the app or by contacting our support team.

We retain your data only for as long as your account exists. If you delete your account, all associated data is permanently removed.

Data deletion

You can delete your account from Settings inside the app.

Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.

Third-party services

Huggui may use third-party services for secure authentication and database infrastructure.

We currently use Supabase (authentication, database, and storage). If analytics is enabled, events are stored in our Supabase infrastructure. These providers only process the minimum data needed to operate Huggui and cannot use it for their own purposes.

Children’s privacy

Huggui is designed for adults managing their business. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If information is submitted by accident, contact us and we will delete it.

Updates to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as Huggui grows and improves. Significant changes will be clearly posted on this page.
